Domestic Shipping & Returns 🇮🇳

Everything you need to know about shipping, returns & refund policy across India.

Shipping across India is Free.

We dispatch orders within 3 days. Orders placed on Saturday post 2 p.m, are dispatched on following Monday or the next working day.

We usually take 7-9 working days depending on your location.

Detalied delivery timelines:
New Delhi: 1-2 days
Metro’s: 2-4 days
Other cities 4-9 days

Yes! We do have COD. An additional fee of Rs. 150 is applicable.

Items purchased from us are eligible for return/exchange,if returned within 4 days of acceptance of the package.

We accept returns or exchanges free of cost. This means you wont be charged extra to return or exchange the product(s). It's on us! We want your experience to be hassle-free.

We do not accept returns if:

- the tags are not intact.

- the item of clothing is damaged, torn, stained or soiled.

- the item is used or worn.

Step 1:

Maintain good condition. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn with all original tags attached. Make sure you put the item(s) back in the original package along with the invoice in the same way it was delivered.

Step 3:

Our team schedules a pick-up that should take up to 3-5 days. In case of a size exchange, our team ships the new size(s) in parallel. For a returns that result in refund the product would have to reach our facility for quality inspection.

In case of an exchange, you are also allowed to choose a different product. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, you can pay just the difference else if it's less, the same can be refunded to you as store credit.

FULL CASH REFUND.  

We have a 100% refund policy. The criteria should meet all of the following conditions:

1. Pre-paid orders.

2. Items not on sale/mark-downs (discount coupons are not considered as mark-down)

3. All tags tag on the garment is in tact. We will not accept any tags that have been detached from the garment.

STORE CREDIT
Store credits are provided when the product have passed the quality check. A code with the equialent amount to your previous purchase is issued which can be used during chaeckout to purchase anything else from our store. If you face any issue while applying store credit please write to aditya@swarr.net.net

WHEN CASH REFUND IS NOT APPLICABLE
Under 2 cases:

1. For products on clearance

2. If the product returned is soiled, damaged or altered.

3. If the tags have been removed from the garment. Tag removed is considered as used.

International Shipping & Returns 🌏

Charges are automatically calcualted on checkout & are based on weight of the package. 

Import duties may be applicable based on your countries import duty rules & if they are inmposed; you as the customer would have to bear the applicable duty.

We're extremely sorry, there would not be any returns or exchanges for international shipping. However, if the item was damaged during transit, which is very rare then we would have it relplaced with a new one.

Damage: Only include stitches that come of from the seam. We would not be in a position to consider tears or cuts in the garment as a damage during transit.
