Exchange & Store Credit Policy

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in every Nuhh outfit. If something doesn’t fit, doesn’t suit you, or arrives with an issue, we’re here to help.

By placing an order, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

When You Can Request an Exchange or Store Credit

Size Exchange

  • Please refer to our size chart before placing your order to avoid sizing issues.
  • In case you ordered the wrong size or face any size-related issues, kindly email us at charu@swarr.net.in or aditya@swarr.net.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9811902026 within 24 hours of delivery.
  • If reverse pickup is available for your pincode, we will arrange it. Reverse pickup charges of ₹350 per outfit must be paid in advance.
  • If reverse pickup is not available, please ship the product back to us with your name and contact number clearly mentioned.
  • If the desired size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued, valid for 1 year and to be used in a single purchase.

Quality Defect / Damage

  • Every item passes through strict QC before dispatch.
  • In the rare case of a defect, damage, or quality issue, contact us within 24 hours with:
    • clear photos, and
    • an unboxing video
  • Once inspected and approved, we will arrange an exchange or provide store credit if the item is unavailable.

Incorrect Product Received

  • If you receive a product that does not match your order, notify us within 24 hours.
  • We will replace it at no extra cost.

{Important: Mandatory Unboxing Video}

An unboxing video is required for all exchange or store credit requests.
Requests raised without photos/video cannot be processed.

How to Request an Exchange / Store Credit

  1. Email us within 24 hours of receiving your order at charu@swarr.net.in
    , mentioning your Order ID and reason.
  2. After approval, we’ll arrange reverse pickup (if applicable) or share return shipping instructions.
  3. The product must be:
    • unused
    • unwashed
    • unworn
    • without stains/perfume/sweat
    • with all original tags and packaging

4. Once we receive the product and it passes QC:

    • Exchanges are dispatched within 24 hours
    • Store credit is issued within 1 working day

Conditions Where Exchange / Store Credit is Not Allowed

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Products that show signs of wear, perfume, sweat, or damage
  • Sarees with Fall & Pico or Pre-Drape
  • Blouses (final sale)
  • Customized / altered outfits (length or size changes)

Additional Notes

  • Only one exchange or store credit request is permitted per order.
  • Reverse pickup initiation time: 1–3 days
  • Transit time for returned items: 3–15 days (up to 21 days for remote pin codes)
  • Store credit is valid for 1 year and must be used in a single purchase.
